15-minute Abs workout
On an ideal day, I do a 30-45 minute full body workout, but let’s face it. Not every day is ideal. And how is it that I used to drive 15 minutes to get to my favorite studio to take a 60-minute class, then drive home? It feels almost impossible to have that much time to work out anymore.
On the days when you just don’t have time to squeeze in a full body workout, or you just prefer to focus on one specific area (maybe you went for a hike and don’t need anymore leg work), or you just want a quickie because that’s all the energy you can muster, try this 15-minute Abs workout. For me, if I only have time to focus on one area, I always choose abdominals. When my abdominals feel strong, I feel strong and centered. How about you?

I’m a big believer that warming up and stretching should always be a part of your workouts, even when they are short, so you will get both in this packed little video.
The warm up will build heat and mobility, then your abdominals will take center stage while your inner thighs play a supporting role. We mix in some moves that you probably don’t do everyday to keep your mind engaged and your curiosity piqued, and we finish up with one of my favorite flowing spinal stretches that feels so good after ab work.
