Hi! I’m Jessica.

I am a holistic health coach specializing in perimenopause, Pilates instructor, mama to two littles and long-time health nut here to help you feel informed, connected and badass during this wild stage of life.

perimenopause 101 workshop

If you have ovaries and you are in your mid 30s through early 50s, this workshop is for YOU.

I am a big believer in education and connection. With these values in mind, I developed this workshop to teach you what is going on in your body, what you can do starting today to feel like yourself again, and remind you that you are not alone in the chaos.

My midlife friends, moving your body is critical to help build muscle and bone, regulate stress and blood sugar, get quality sleep and the list goes on.

I teach reformer Pilates and mat-based barre classes with a touch of dance vibes.

With over 16 years of experience teaching fitness, you can expect expert guidance that helps you understand and feel positively connected to your body.
