This time of life isn’t easy. I know, because I’m in it too. 

I know what it’s like to be running on empty, but feel like everyone still needs a piece of you. To feel like a stranger in your own body, but not have the time or space to figure out WTF’s going on.

Through a lot of work, I’ve learned how to release the overwhelm and step into the version of me who is unwavering, confident and calm.

Hi, I’m Jessica.

I’m a breathwork facilitator, holistic health coach, certified menopause coaching specialist, Pilates instructor and host of the Midlife Advice podcast. I’ve spent nearly two decades in the wellness industry, and the last several years focused specifically on midlife women’s health.

Perimenopause hit me hard. I tried so many things to feel better and some worked for a minute. But it felt like a constant struggle as one fix stopped working and another symptom popped up.

So I went looking for answers. I did the research, tested things on myself, got certified. But I still kept thinking, “I don’t feel like myself.”

Until I found breathwork.

Breathwork is what finally reconnected me with ME. It helped calm my nervous system so I didn’t feel like I was running at 100 mph all the time. I got to the point where I could see my triggers, but not be triggered. It helped the anger and resentment melt away.

This work is grounded in science. It worked for me. And it fits into a Tuesday morning.
