I am mildly obsessed with hormone health, nutrition and physical fitness. My love of movement began when I put on my first pair of ballet shoes at a very young age. Several years into teaching group fitness, I became more interested in nutrition. After healing some long-standing gut and skin issues through changes to my diet, I was hooked and had to know more.

I became a Holistic Health Coach and later added on a specialization in Hormone Health. Through what I’ve learned, I have dramatically improved countless perimenopause symptoms via simple and approachable dietary and lifestyle shifts.

And I want to help you do the same.

The more you know, the more intelligent choices you can make. And the more we share information, the less we feel alone – and the more we feel like we belong.
