Hello, Next-Level You is the program I didn’t know I needed when I first entered perimenopause and was trying to figure out WTF was going on with me.
Doctors were shruggy, so I tried to find solutions myself. Some things did work for a minute, but then new symptoms would show up and I’d be back at square one. It felt like a constant quest to find what would make me feel like myself again.
I’m an Enneagram 5, so I did what comes naturally to me: I went deep on everything I could find about what actually works for midlife women’s bodies, and got certified as a holistic health coach and menopause coaching specialist.
But it wasn’t until I stumbled upon breathwork that I felt like I’d found the missing link. This is what finally made me feel like myself again.

Hello, Next-Level You is a three-month group program that helps women feel more like themselves than they have in years.
We meet every Friday for a live group breathwork session. In between sessions, to keep you connected and on track, you’ll get weekly emails, DMs, and exclusive access to a members-only podcast with breathwork sessions, personal stories and answers to your questions dropping every week.
Each month has its own theme, and the sessions build on each other so that by the end, you’re not just feeling better in the moment. You’ll leave with a practice that actually works and enough understanding of why that you’ll keep it going long after the three months are up.

Why Breathwork
Most of us have already tried the obvious things. Meditation. Better sleep habits. Cutting out alcohol. More exercise. Maybe a therapy appointment or two.
Some of that helps. But even if you’ve done all the things, you may still feel like you’re in go mode all the time and if you slow down everything will fall apart.
You can't think or talk your way into a regulated nervous system. It has to come from your body. And breathwork is one of the most direct, evidence-backed tools we have for actually regulating it.

We use breathwork to help quiet the noise so you can hear yourself again. We tap into the version of you who has her own wants and needs. The version of you beyond the person who’s been managing everyone else’s schedules and keeping the household running.

Not at all. Every session is fully guided. No prior experience is needed and there is no wrong way to do it. Many women arrive skeptical and are surprised by how quickly they settle in and feel the effects.

Breathwork gives your body something to do, which makes it easier than sitting in silence for most people. You’re actively directing your breath, so your thoughts have less room to run. You’re encouraged to move and make sound if your body wants to, so stillness and silence are not required. Women who have never successfully meditated often find breathwork much more accessible.

It’s an exclusive audio feed only available to women in the program. New episodes drop weekly and are designed to support that week’s theme. It’s one of the ways to practice between live sessions and learn how to weave breathwork into your life on your own schedule.

The live session is 45-60 minutes on Fridays. If you sign up for the VIP Experience, you’ll also have 50-minute 1:1 sessions with me twice a month on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

I’m a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with nearly two decades in the wellness industry, and everything I teach is grounded in what the evidence actually shows.
