5 Clean Beauty Essentials
I’m sure I’m not the first to tell you that what you put ON your body is just as important as what you put IN your body when it comes to optimizing your hormone health. If minimizing your exposure to toxins is on your list of things to do, but overhauling your whole beauty routine feels overwhelming, I see you.
As with most things health-related, it’s good to start small. Make a few changes to your routine and when they begin to be your new habits, add a few more. Bit by bit.
You can use this list as your starting point. These are some of my favorite, tried and true products that I use daily or weekly. Pick a couple that you’d like to try and see how it goes for you. When you’re ready, add some more.
