Protein Herbal Coffee
Since I’m a perimenopausal midlife woman, I am trying to start my days with about 30 grams of protein.
Luckily, this little recipe right here gets me pretty close to that goal and gives me the yummy coffee-in-the-morning ritual I love without the caffeine.
