Classes to fit every mood, hormonal phase, energy level and time constraint. Stemming from extensive anatomy training and 15 years of experience teaching, my classes are intelligent and safe. And we always move with the music to create a seamless, fun workout.
Fluid Barre
my signature mat-based sculpting class. timed impeccably with the music, each movement flows seamlessly into the next. work your full body in each 30-45 minute class and walk away feeling strong and graceful.
Classic Barre
a traditional barre class without the barre. includes lots of small range movements, isometric holds and stretching to strengthen and lengthen every major muscle in your body. 30-35 minutes
Cardio Barre
barre class with some heart-pumping moves sprinkled in. get ready to move fast and sweat. 30-35 minutes
Slider Barre
a creative, fun and challenging twist on my fluid barre class. move your body in new ways, feel tried and true exercises like you never have before, and encourage your mind and body to work together.

Focus Workouts
