Born and raised in San Francisco, Judy’s wellness journey began with a love for movement that led her from working with athletic teams during her studies to training clients at iconic gyms such as Sports Club LA and Equinox Sports Club.
Now in her 40s and a mom of two young children, Judy is building her midlife coaching practice with a clear mission: To help women integrate fitness and strength training into their busy lives in a way that supports them through midlife. Her approach is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and empowerment.
