If you’re feeling overwhelmed, off-balance, or just straight-up curious about energy healing, this episode is for you.

In this conversation, I’m joined by Lily Panyacosit, a San Francisco-based Reiki practitioner, clinical herbalist, and intuitive healer who works with midlife women navigating everything from perimenopause and burnout to emotional healing and spiritual growth.

We break down the what, how, and why of Reiki—plus, I share my own first-ever Reiki session experience (spoiler: there were visions, energy shifts, and a surprisingly regal white gown involved).

In this episode, we cover:

✔️ What Reiki healing actually is and how it works

✔️ How energy healing can support women in midlife and perimenopause

✔️ What to expect during a Reiki session

✔️ The connection between stress, energy blocks, and physical symptoms

✔️ How tuning into your “truth” through energy work can create major life shifts

✔️ Tips for finding the right Reiki practitioner for you

Whether you’re in the thick of hormone havoc, juggling caregiving roles, or just craving a deeper connection to your intuition, this episode offers a grounded yet magical peek into how Reiki can help you feel more like you again.
